Invoices Explained

Invoices are generated monthly, and you will only receive an invoice if you use charegeable hours. Our preferred method of sending invoices is by email. This will be to the email address you have registered with us and will be the address used for all other communication. It is important you keep us updated if this changes.

The invoices are usually generated mid month to give you a few weeks to pay them. They must be paid by the 1st of the month.

Note: Invoices are not by calendar month, and will only show full weeks (Mon-Fri). This makes it simpler to see and understand how the funding is used/allocated as this is given to us by the council/government per week not per month. This may mean that some months invoices are for 4 weeks provision whilst others may be 5 weeks. 

Example invoice : (The invoice below shows an all year round child with 11.25 hours funding who also has additional hours). Please note, the charges may change and are for example only.
