Practitioner roles at Hopscotch include :
- Level 3 Practitioner
- Each level 3 practitioner is expected to be a Keyperson allocated to a handful of children. They are also expected to proactively monitor the room and ensure the good flow of the session.
- Level 2 Practitioner
- Level 2 Early Years practitioners are able to do more than an unqualified but not have as much responsibility as a level 3 practitioner.
- Unqualified Practitioner
- Whilst we do like most of our practitioners to be qualified, there are sometimes some roles which will be suitable if you are not qualified in Early Years. This may be for roles such as lunch cover where the expectation is to simply play with the children, or support them during lunch.
- Apprentice
- Our apprentices are usually undergoing a level 3 qualification in parallel with their work experience.
