Fees and Funding
Funding
We accept all government funding (2 year old funding, 15 hours and 30 hours for 3 and 4 year olds).
If you are in receipt of funding then you'll only receive an invoice if you are using more than your funded hours. Any extra session hours over and above the funded hours will be charged at a set hourly rate. This will be £6 from September 2020.
The government allows funding to be either Term Time only (following the school terms) or can be stretched to include the holidays for that term. This does mean that you will receive less funding per week over a longer period than those doing Term Time only, however, you will still receive the same amount of funding overall. There is also the ability to stretch annually rather than term time. Please ask for details of how this will work in your situation. Note : If your child is going to school in the September, then annual stretching for the Summer Term prior to school entry is not allowed by the government.

As a Community Interest Preschool we aim to keep our fees as low as possible and any profit raised is fed back into the Preschool for equipment and resources. For sessions that are not funded or partially funded, the rates from September 2021 are as follows:
Day session 8am-6pm : £55.00
AM session 8am-1pm : £30.00
PM session 1pm-6pm : £28.00
Preschool day 9am-4pm : £39.00
Preschool day add-on options :
Breakfast club 8am-9am : £6.50
Additional hours 4pm-5pm : £6.50
Additional hours 5pm-6pm :£6.50 (tea included)
*Note – Hopscotch is closed bank holidays and for 2 weeks over the Christmas period.
